ColSoc and GDPR: We only hold information requested from you in order to send you the publication/ information described or to administer an advertised event. We treat your information as confidential, hold it securely and will never pass it on to third parties. The exception is our Supporters database which complies with data protection regulations.


The basis for processing this data is defined by GDPR regulations as contractual/consent/legitimate interest. If you are a Supporter, you can request to see the data that we hold on you at any time and we will remove you from our systems and discontinue contact at your request:  If you now longer wish to be a Supporter of ColSoc simply email and mark your email 'Unsubscribe'.
