Descriptions of the spreadsheet fields are given on the “How to Record” option from the “Recording” tab.

Please note that, if you wish to upload the records into a national database such as iRecord, you will have to save a version as a .csv file. This loses much of the formatting of the sheet, so it is recommended that you only do this just prior to uploading. Up to date instructions for this process are available on the iRecord site.
